Social Sailing Starts

Wednesday 11th Jan at 7.30p.m in the clubhouse bar at Dabchicks with:

Understanding how to control your boats sail.

Members of the Tuesday and Thursday evening sailors are welcome to join in on this session as you will be very welcome.

We will have a boat in the bar to demonstrate what the kicker strap, outhaul, cunningham and sheet do to trim your sail.

Whether you need to depower your sail in strong winds or fill your sails in light winds, you need the essential skills of sail trimming.

Feel free to bring some nibbles or finger food and lets make this our first fun evening of this sailing season.
